Offering Invitation

Each month, when I enter in my accounting record the amount of money that my bank will automatically send to (name of community of faith), I pray that blessings abound. The prayer is not for my own blessings to abound but for an abundance of all the blessings that my gift and your gifts together can create in a world that needs such blessings, gifts that help people to know they are blessed and loved by God. So, when you write your cheque, put cash in the basket,* or contribute online, pray that blessings abound.
