I Dare You—Yes, an Easter Dare! A Commissioning or Sending Forth

I dare you—yes, an Easter dare!—when you are thinking of faith and resurrection,
go out to love it all, to wonder in amazement at it all:

the sunshine and the rain,
the colours of spring,
and the promise of autumn;
the sunrise and the sunset,
the cross and the empty tomb,
Jesus crucified and risen.

Blessings come as we wait and wonder, 
as we feel the depth of loss and then wait again...until the dawn comes.
