As We Pause to Give Ourselves in Worship and Confession

As we pause to give ourselves in worship and confession, Holy Love, empty us of worrisome thoughts. 
Fill us with light. 
Empty us of vanity. 
Fill us with tenderness. 
Let this be a place and a time of nourishment, of oneness, of searching, of healing.

Send the Spirit of truth and compassion and determination to fill this place and this people with life and goodness and hope so that we may go out and share your nourishment with the world. Amen.
