Jen Dresser shares: We did this as a pickup play. Gabriel was dressed in an angel costume and accompanied by a young angel in training. Additional younger children could dress in animal costumes and hang out with the ranchers. Everyone else in the play wore their normal clothing. Some may need to play more than one part. The hymns served to allow scene changes. The story is placed in a modern setting.
